Indianapolis has won five of six and can earn a postseason berth with a victory and a loss by either Baltimore or Miami. ... Indianapolis has won three straight and seven of its last nine to tie Tennessee atop the AFC South. ... The Steelers have won six straight in the series. Indianapolis' last win in Pittsburgh came in November 2008. ... Colts QB Philip Rivers needs one TD pass to tie Dan Marino (420) for fifth on the league’s career list. Rivers has had two or more TD passes in five straight games. Marino grew up in Pittsburgh and the Hall of Famer retired in 2000 as the league’s career record holder. ... Rivers also needs 265 yards passing for his eighth consecutive 4,000-yard season, tying Peyton Manning for the third-longest streak in league history. It would also give Rivers 12 4,000-yard seasons in his career, tying Drew Brees for No. 2. ... After joining Minnesota’s Dalvin Cook and Cleveland’s Nick Chubb as the only players with four consecutive 80-yard rushing games this season, Colts RB Jonathan Taylor will try to extend that mark Sunday while facing the eague's eighth-ranked run defense. ... LB Darius Leonard needs six tackles to break Duane Bickett’s franchise record for most in a player’s first three seasons (398). ... Justin Houston, the 2014 NFL sacks champion, needs three for 100 in his career. Houston also has four career safeties, tied for the most in NFL history... K Rodrigo Blankenship broke the Colts’ rookie record for extra points last weekend and can break Raul Allegre’s rookie mark for field goals (30) with two this week. ... After scoring at least 24 points during its first 10 games, Pittsburgh's offense has sputtered of late, failing to top 19 points each of the last four contests. ... Roethlisberger has struggled during that span, throwing for six TDs against five picks. ... RB Benny Snell gave the NFL's 31st-ranked rushing offense a bit of a boost in the loss to Cincinnati. Snell ran for 84 yards, the most by a Steelers RB in a month. Snell figures to have a significant role even with starter James Conner expected to return after sitting out last week with a quadriceps injury. ... Pittsburgh's defense has a sack in an NFL-record 71 straight games and has sacked Rivers 15 times during seven games while he played for the Chargers. ... Pittsburgh OLB T.J. Watt leads the AFC with 13 sacks. Watt is the third player since sacks became an official statistic in 1982 to get at least 13 sacks in three of his first four seasons. ... Steelers LB Vince Williams is expected to return after missing two games while being on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Pittsburgh's run defense slipped in Williams' absence, giving up 104 yards rushing to Buffalo and 152 to the Bengals. ... Fantasy tip: In what figures to be a low-scoring game, the surging Taylor seems like the best bet against a defense that couldn't stop the one-dimensional Bengals from running at will late last week.
